GAPS Conference Proceedings:

All presenters of the 26th annual GAPS conference will soon receive an official email with a Call for Proposals and information regarding the peer-reviewed publication of the GAPS conference proceedings for the conference "Ideology in Postcolonial Text and Contexts," May 14-16 at the University of Münster.

This international conference, taking place from May 14-16, 2015, aims at the role of both ideology and the critique of ideology in the highly diverse field of contemporary postcolonial studies. It draws on thematic foci from all seven chairs situated at the English Seminar of the University of Münster, that is, Books Studies, Linguistics, Literary and Cultural Studies, and TEFL, and thus aims not only to further academic exchange and dialogue among junior and senior researchers from different regions but also across a broad range of academic backgrounds.
